Due to concerns for the health and safety of conference attendees, speakers and exhibitors, Optum has decided to cancel its Annual Hospice Conference previously scheduled for June 11-12. Optum looks forward to seeing you at next year’s annual event in Indianapolis, IN, April 29-30, 2021. Please save the date!
