Optum Annual Hospice Conference: June 13-14, 2019 - Charlotte, NC
The next Optum Hospice Pharmacy Services Annual Conference will be held June 13-14, 2019 at the Omni Charlotte Hotel in Charlotte, North Carolina. This free two day conference continues to be one of the most anticipated events of the year, providing concurrent educational sessions on both adult and pediatric topics. Optum strives to provide its clients with quality educational programs as well the opportunity to network and share knowledge with other hospice industry professionals. Copies will not be provided on-site so please print as desired and bring with you. An evaluation form must be submitted following the conference to activate your continuing education (CE) certificate in our system. Once completed, please save a copy of the certificate to keep for your records (mark each session you attended). Be sure to bring a sweater or jacket as conference rooms tend to run cold.
